Please note that you will not be able to access your old PayZapp app and the wallet balance therein w.e.f. May 10, 2023.
Incase if your old app wallet balance has not been utilized and exhausted by May 10, 2023, kindly download the new app from Play Store/App Store
1. On registration for new app, old wallet balance will get transferred to a brand new PayZapp wallet on successful registration & KYC validation
2. Incase old wallet balance is non-transferred; you will be intimated post registration. Old wallet balance transfer will be withheld, and you will need to raise tickets in Help Center.

*Once ticket is raised by you with required mandatory details, Bank will carry out necessary due diligence followed by credit to desired Bank account within 30 working days, once details provided by you have been successfully validated.
